How do I schedule an appointment?

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

While guest are not allowed in the treatment room (unless the client is a minor), we do have a lovely lobby area where your friends and family can wait.

What is your late policy?

Facial and body services have a 10 min grace period, and all waxing services have a 5 min grace period for late arrival. Arrivals post the grace period are considered a no shows, and required cancellation fee applies.

What is you cancellation/reschedule policy?

We understand that life is unpredicable! Rescheduling and cancellations can take place up to 24 business hour prior to you scheduled appointment time. No call/No shows and same day cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee.

Will my brazilian be painful?

While everyones tolerance for pain varies, we do our best to provide all clients with the most relaxing experience. If you do have a low pain tolerance or if this is your first brazilian, we advise that you take a Tylenol or Advil 20-30 min prior to your appointment.

!!KIN TIP!! Hair should be the length of a grain of rice to ensure the smoothest finish to your service. Waxing should occur every 4-6 weeks to assit in minimizing discomfort, and maintaining skin health.
